Hitting

By developing the "correct check points",  players start their at bats with a fundamental plan at the plate.

We start by dividing the plate into thirds by a number system. 1 is inside, 2 is middle, and 3 is outside, and by early recognition of what the pitch is and where, hitters can focus on better pitches to drive in their at bats.

Fail more than succeed, just all part of the game.

Baseball is about being ready for moments and once that moment is done, preparing for the next one.

We don't want to get cheated at the plate with slow bat speed so I teach that there's is a hitting scale.  1 being slow and 10 being your best, we want to always deliver 10's! By working with hitting T's, hip rotation drills and many more.  The player will develop the power by learning proper mechanics.
